- Ship USD = max(forwarder min, weight × $/kg) × category surcharge.
- Landed local = buy + shipping + duty estimate + marketplace logistics.
- Sell price is set so that after marketplace fee you hit the target margin (~30% in the example).
Local market notes
Customs / import: Порог £135: до — VAT у иностранного продавца; выше — duty + VAT при ввозе. Brexit: UK не в EU customs union.
Tax: VAT 20%; Making Tax Digital для B2B; eBay/Amazon UK собирают VAT с нерезидентов.
