How we calculate
- Ship USD = max(forwarder min, weight × $/kg) × category surcharge.
- Landed local = buy + shipping + duty estimate + marketplace logistics.
- Sell price is set so that after marketplace fee you hit the target margin (~30% in the example).
Local market notes
Customs / import: Параллельный импорт: пошлина по ТН ВЭД + НДС 20% при commercial ввозе; лимиты для физлиц через карго/Почту России.
Tax: НДС 20%; УСН/самозанятость для ИП; маркетплейсы удерживают комиссию и часть налоговых обязательств.
Marketplaces: Wildberries, Ozon, Avito, Яндекс Маркет — сравнивайте медиану аналогов, не фиксированную наценку.
Shipping: CDEK Forward, Shopfans, Почта России; карго из США/Китая/ОАЭ 10–25 дней.
Compliance: Честный ЗНАК (маркировка), EAC/сертификация, Роскомнадзор для RF-устройств, ограничения на санкционные бренды.

- Check comparable listings on the marketplace, not only your target margin.
- Factor returns, certifications, and lithium/liquid restrictions.
- USD FX moves — leave a buffer on exchange rate.
